Sales Manager - Craft
The Diamond Tech Sales Manager – Craft is responsible for driving craft sales. This is accomplished by managing the existing customer base and network of independent representatives as well the development of new channels and markets for our products.Responsible For
- Management of existing craft customer accounts
- Development of new channels and customer accounts
- Coordination and direction of Independent Reps
- Order entry management
- Customer service issue resolution
- Report management, travel to customers and tradeshows as required
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of demonstrable sales management responsibility
- Craft and/or Hobby markets experience required
- BS degree preferred or relevant business experience
- Must be able to work independently (with minimal supervision) to ensure timely and accurate completion of goals and projects
- Must have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
- Must have strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent technical, oral, and written communication skills as well as strong supervisory skills
- ACT and Peachtree experience is preferred
